Wholesale information
Thank you for your interest in a wholesale account with QuillingSupplies.ca! Our multi-faceted wholesale program was developed to meet the needs of educators and resellers looking to expand their art supply selection. Each type of account is subject to different discount rates, order minimums and both require admin approval before new prices are displayed.
Reseller Account Information
Reseller accounts are available to people and companies who have a physical or virtual location that sells art supplies. Please provide your company name and (if applicable) your website address when you contact us to enable your account.
Reseller accounts receive category discounts of 30-40% off retail price.
Reseller orders are subject to a $100 minimum order.
Educator Account Information
Educator accounts are available to educators in the elementary, secondary or higher education sectors including home school and online teachers. Please provide your school's contact information when you contact us to enable your account.
Educator accounts receive a discount of 40% off retail price.
Educator orders are subject to a $50 minimum order. This minimum is negotiable for small classrooms, please contact us for assistance.
Sign up for a wholesale account
Signing up for a wholesale account is a two step process.
Step 1 is to create an account:
To sign up for a wholesale account please enter your company information on the account creation page. When available please use a company email address as this will help us verify your information.

Step 2 is to contact us:
Accounts are automatically created as a regular customer account and will need to be manually converted to a wholesale account. Unfortunately this means you will have to let us know that you need your account switched. For fastest approval please contact us via live chat. Emailed requests will be followed up on as soon as possible.

Special Notes
Our wholesale program was newly launched in January 2024, please be patient with us as we adjust our stock quantities from an inventory for one, to an inventory for all amount.
Quillography strips are currently cut to order, so larger orders may experience a shipping delay.
Kits are assembled as needed please contact us for larger than listed quantities as they are most likely available.
Digital items are not included in the wholesale program.
